A block explorer is a frontend that allows a user to traverse data on the network. Typically, a block explorer will expose data such as transactions, blocks, accounts, smart contracts, and associated actions, keys, permissions, etc.

Ultra provides a block explorer, which Ultra has deployed for each of the networks that a developer may need.
